The goal of the submitted thesis: “Analysis of company´s communication mix” is the analysis of the company´s present communication mix and proposal of a new mix. The study is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part discusses the established methods of analysis a company´s internal and external environment, describes and compares particular tools of marketing communication and its principles in the theoretical level. Introduction of practical part introduces selected company. Main part analyses company´s environmental and particular tools of promotion. Last part gives proposals of the new communication mix.
Control system of brewhouse

Investigation of the necessary theory of the brewing industry. Based on the findings to propose the optimal action and measuring elements such as temperature, pressure, pneumatic valves, drives and others. Subsequent characterization of all elements from the perspective of the control system and extension of technological scheme of measuring and regulating signs. For the section of the brewery brewhouse writing technological sequence with specifying the steps. Based on this description, create a control program for Simatic S7-300 from Siemens. The program is written in STL which takes the form of structured text. Visualization and process control is provided by SCADA system TomPack from the company ProjectSoft. The system communicates with the PLC via DDE server.

This thesis is focused on the economic analysis of the brewing industry in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the main terminology that characterizes the agrarian sector, the current form of agricultural enterprises, the basic characteristics of the brewing industry, methods of competitiveness analysis and methods of economic analysis. The thesis itself characterizes the development tendencies in the Czech Republic in the brewing industry, where in 2010 the brewing industry started a gradual upward trend in all aspects under study. Furthermore, the competitiveness analysis is elaborated, the conditions acting on the brewery market are defined, and the selected brewery is characterized, for which a SWOT analysis and a financial analysis are compiled. The SWOT analysis pointed out that the company could expand more into the foreign market and reach more customers. The financial analysis clarified that there was mainly a reduction in assets during the period under review, which was due to the reduction of fixed assets. From a financial point of view, the company is performing well and has a good market position.

The objective of this diploma thesis is to propose measures that will lead to a positive development of economic value added in the brewing industry. The literature review is focused on general issues of financial management and evaluation of company performance. The economic value added is specified in more detail. In the part of the sectoral analysis, the specifics of the brewing industry are discussed using selected methods. For the analytical part of the thesis, a research sample of enterprises from the brewing sector is chosen using a criterion selection. In the context of financial management, an analysis of selected ratio indicators is carried out. To identify the key factors influencing the economic value added, a panel regression analysis is selected, within which an EVA decomposition model is estimated and which also complements the model of selected ratio indicators. For the conclusion, recommendations based on the results of the analyses performed are formulated.
Assessment of the Current Marketing Communication of a Business Company

This diploma thesis is focused on the company DUDÁK - Měšťanský pivovar Strakonice a.s. The goal is to assess the current marketing communication of the business from a perspective of chosen factors and to propose prospective changes. Primary data was collected from an online-based questionnaire. It was a quantitative method of research with non-probability sampling. The questionnaire was made with beer drinkers in mind, thus persons older than 18. The questions were focused on marketing communication in general, some also concerning the Dudák brewery itself. Results of the collected questionnaires were used as a base for assessment of the brewery's current marketing communication. Based on this analysis, individual measures leading to improvement of market communication were proposed.

This thesis deals with the analysis of the brewing industry with regard to minibreweries and the development of the brewing industry since 2015 in the South Bohemia region. The literary research is focuses mainly on the basic terms connected with brewery, the history of beer brewing, the division of beers and breweries and the methods of brewing beer. The work describes the main differences between large breweries and minibreweries and their advantages and disadvantages. The analytical part is devoted to selected breweries and minibreweries in the South Bohemia region, which is characterized in the work. Furthermore, selected breweries and their history, current state methods of brewing beer and their products are described. An essential part of the work are graphs, tables and pictures, which provide better clarity and presentation of data in the field of research.
Development of the brewing industry with regard to mini-breweries.

This thesis deals with the analysis of the brewing industry with regard to microbreweries in the Czech Republic between 1999 and 2019. The first part deals with the history and development of the brewing industry and the technological process of beer production. Furthermore, individual types of breweries are characterized here, while a separate chapter is devoted to microbreweries. The practical part describes, besides other things, increases and decreases in the production of breweries in individual regions of the Czech Republic, export and release statistics of Czech beer, consumer preferences or total beer consumption in individual years of the observed period. Graphs, tables and figures provide a better clarity of the researched issues and they are an integral part of the thesis.
The analyses of environment in brewing industry

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of internal and external environment of two companies from brewing industry. The aim is to evaluate the current state of companies by using chosen analyses. The thesis is concretrated on the issue of strategic management and also gives a detailed description of used methods and analyses such as PESTLE analysis, Porter´s model of five forces, SWOT analysis and financial methods. Moreover it is based on describing these companies, theirs activities, history and using mentioned methods and analyses for the comparison these breweries. The information gained by analyses is applied for evaluating current strategies with suggestion of current strategies changes. In conclusion formulating new strategies for possible future development.
